Group Classes
Our classes are what got us started. Smaller groups with individual attention to make sure things are done safely and with supervision. All classes are drop-in based (no monthly memberships) and our schedule is available on our Blue Lion Fitness App!
Personal Training
If you’d rather train 1 on 1 with one of our professional coaches we offer 1 on 1 and semi-private sesions for couples, friends, and teammates. Email us to get started!
